Sekisui Eslon Plate is an industrial hard PVC board (PVC / polyvinyl chloride board) manufactured by extrusion molding. Compared with general-purpose PVC, it excels in characteristics such as corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance. In particular, it is superior in mechanical strength to industrial corrosion-resistant materials such as rubber and stainless steel, and is widely used in various industrial fields such as civil engineering, construction and industrial materials. Moreover, it is lightweight, about 1/5 the weight of iron, non-burnable, and in addition to electrical insulation and heat insulation properties, it excels in secondary processability such as cutting, bending, drilling, bonding and welding.
It is a material that can be used in various scenarios, and various grades are available depending on the application including for heat resistance, high impact and semi-hard lining.
