SEKISUI SEIKEI aims to achieve both a sustainable society and sustainable growth. The SEKISUI CHEMICAL Group has adopted Products to Enhance Sustainability as one system in our ESG management guidelines.
This system certifies products evaluated with internal standards and aims to achieve corporate growth while helping solve social issues, for example by working towards SDGs.
Three SEKISUI SEIKEI products have already been certified: Estella Ecogreen that uses recycled plastic bottles, Biomass Clean Containers aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, and Record Roll made of plant-based plastic.

Estella Ecogreen
New PET plate created from an ecological concept
Estella Ecogreen uses plastic made by recycling used PET bottles collected in Japan. The product has passed certification criteria set by the Council for PET Bottle Recycling and is stamped with a recycle recommendation symbol and eco symbol. Recycled PET plates that have a low environmental load can also be used in store advertisements, displays, partitions, noticeboards, cover materials, miscellaneous goods, and much more.
