Engineering plastic

Engineering plastic (commonly called 'en-pla' in Japanese) excels in heat resistance and electrical properties compared to other plastic materials with advantages as inner and peripheral materials for office automation equipment and transmission equipment.

Engineering plastic Features

PPS

Crystalline polymer characterized by a very high melting point and rigidity.

HTPS

Crystalline polymer with a high melting point, excellent thermal resistance, a low dielectric constant, and excellent electrical properties.
It also has a low specific gravity, leading to reduced weight.

PC/ABS

Polymer with the characteristics of both polycarbonate and ABS. Excellent flame retardancy properties and processability.

m-PPE

In addition to thermal resistance, it has excellent electrical properties, dimensional stability, and flame retardant properties, enabling its use in many fields.

PC

Offers the highest level of impact resistance among plastic materials as well as excellent thermal resistance and transparency.
